Payment for the product*

• In case when incorrect price was indicated for any article in the store, Seller informs Customer immediately, in order to confirm or cancel the order. If it is impossible to connect with the customer, the above mentioned order is cancelled automatically. If the customer has paid for the order in advance, Seller giver to Customer full refund. 
• The order is given for preparation after the complete payment for the order has been received by the Seller, unless other payment methods and conditions have been agreed. Ordered and not paid for products are not reserved, and Seller cannot guarantee the availability of the ordered goods in the warehouse. This may prolong the realisation term for the order.

Payment for the order with the bank card*.

• All operations with the payment cards and authorisation services are provided by AS DnB NORD Banka. If a company, providing authorisation services for the payment cards has any suspicions that any given transaction has fraudulent nature, it may deny to process the operation.
• All operations conducted on the web-page and paid for via payment cards, are checked by Seller, in order to eliminate fraud. If person receiving the order, is not the person owning the bank card, the execution of order may be prolonged, in order check the validity of transaction. The owner of the bank card, who has placed the order and paid for it, must be prepared to show at the delivery of the order, first two pages of the passport as well as a copy or a scanned image of the bank card from both sides (card number should be hidden apart from last 4 digits). If the order is made and paid by the person who is authorised by the owner of the bank card, he or she must show the copy of the Warranty, signed by the owner of the card and properly notarised.  If the customer cannot show above mentioned documents within 14 days or in case there the authenticity of these documents is doubted, Seller has a right to annule the order.  In this case complete value of the order is refunded to the customer.
